“What is the Journal of the European Higher Education Area?”
The Journal of the European Higher Education Area is a quarterly journal, combined with and complemented by the website www.ehea-journal.eu. The journal will be published 4 times per year, and will include 6-7 articles per edition, covering a wide range of issues relating to learning and teaching in higher education. As a subscriber of the Journal you will also have free access to an electronic version accessible through the EHEA online library. The online library stores all issues of the Journal and, in addition, offers access to articles and information not included in the print version as well as access to a complete archive of articles published in the Journal’s predecessor, the EUA Bologna Handbook. We believe that the combination of Journal and online archive offers readers flexibility in using the content from any point in the world and for addressing a large breadth of topics and issues on the European higher education agenda.
“What is the Bologna-Archive?”
The Bologna-Archive fully documents all contributions to the EUA Bologna Handbook, the functional predecessor to the Journal of the European Higher Education Area. Articles from the Handbook focus on the implementation of the Bologna process, the basics, developments and dimensions of the Bologna process, and analyses and examples of good practice. If you were a subscriber of the EUA Bologna Handbook itself, access to all articles and abstracts is free. If you are a new subscriber of the Journal of the European Higher Education Area, you may download up to 20 articles free of charge. Full access to the entire Bologna-Archive is available for the reduced price of € 129. For all other customers, full access to the Bologna Handbook is available for € 397.
